450 Builders Silicone is a premium quality low modulus non-corrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. Typically used for construction expansion joints and perimeter pointing of all types of door and window frames. Conforms to BS 5889(A) and ISO 11600.

50% Timber, Brick, Stone, PVCu, Concrete, Metal 35 years life expectancy. Compatiable for use with Polycarbonate & Acrylic sheets. Safe for use next to insulated glass units. Compatible for use with lead. Waterproofs. Interior & exterior use.
