16/25mm Intermediate Bar

This has 4 main components:

  • Aluminium 'T' Bar
  • PVC underclad with weather proof sealing gaskets co-extruded (fused) onto the rigid white plastic
  • PVC top capping with weather proof sealing gaskets co-extruded (fused) onto the rigid white plastic
  • Bar end cover

 

The aluminiuim bar has a central chamber with 3 pairs of locking 'teeth'. The PVC top capping has 2 central legs with pips on the end. When the capping is fitted to the aluminium, these pips lock into the teeth in the central chamber of the aluminium bar. If 16mm Polycarbonate is used the pips lock into the bottom set of teeth, 20mm the middle and 25mm the top set.
