EASYGLAZE DOUBLE GLAZING

The EASYGLAZE double glazing system comprises two rigid PVC sections: a base section and a cover strip. It is available in 8 foot lengths in white only. A length of mitre beading is also supplied to assist you in cutting neat and accurate corners. Easyglaze is fixed to the frame by self-adhesive tape which is found on the underside of the base section. We DO NOT recommend the use of glass with this product. It has been designed for using only with acrylic or styrene sheeting of a 2.5mm minimum thickness.

The EASYGLAZE system is for internal use only, fixing directly to the frame for maximum insulation and draught proofing. Ensure there is at least 15mm of flat mounting surface around each side of the glazing to take the adhesive section.

SUPERGLAZE DOUBLE GLAZING

This consists of a rigid PVC moulding to edge the glazing material. It is to be mitred at the corners and then fixed to the frame with woodscrews, which are then concealed using the cover strip. This gives it a neat, unobtrusive appearance.
SUPERGLAZE is sold in packs each containing two lengths of moulding and cover strip, fixing screws and easy to follow fixing instructions.
The SUPERGLAZE secondary pane may be fixed either to the opening window lights to allow ventilation and use of the windows, or to the main frame for maximum insulation and draught proofing. When use of the windows is required we suggest that the glazing material (either glass or acrylic) is installed externally.
